10 out of 10! We booked this home based on the comfortable appearance of the home in the photos which were accurate. This property was well staged and decorated, immaculately clean, the couch and beds were very comfortable and felt like home, bedding was perfect and comfortable, linens fully stocked and easy to find, kitchen fully stocked with cooking items, utensils, dishes, and even extra seasoning. The driveway parking is easy and convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable, the views from the living room windows are beautiful, and you're not a far drive from the town. My only recommendation would be if you are sensitive to light and do not fall asleep easily with it on you may want to bring a sleep mask if you are traveling with others who stay up later than you. All doors are brushed glass and the light comes through at night when they are on in other rooms. There are however very good quality blackout curtains and shades throughout the home that work well in the morning hours. The hosts are responsive when you have questions and easy to reach. I would absolutely book this property again.

This was our second time visiting Sedona and second time staying at this property. We stayed a full week this time and were very sad when it came time to go not only because we had to leave Sedona but also because we had to leave this amazingly appointed, incredibly comfortable, and welcoming property. From the outdoor hot tub under the stars, the indoor click a switch to turn on fireplace, super comfy beds, amazing shower cave, and fully stocked kitchen that a professional chef would love, there is nothing more we could think of that would have made the property any better! The owner Carissa is great at keeping in touch and has always answered any questions we may have immediately! Well Done! and a big thank you from our family to yours!

We had an amazing stay here! A hiker's ideal location, walk to Chapel, Cathedral, Little Horse and many more trails without dealing with the traffic and parking issues of the trail heads. The house was stocked with everything we needed and much more. A modern newly renovated house that is gorgeous inside and very comfortable! The icing on the cake was the private hot tub to soak in every evening after our day of adventure's!
