You can't get a better location than Las Begonias 7 ... just a 35m walk to the beach! This beautiful condo was renovated from top to bottom in September 2022 and has amazing amenities like in-unit washer/dryer, high speed internet, dedicated workspace and TWO King beds. The two-level end unit is shaded and secluded, set back from the community pool to provide peace and privacy.
We manage over 100 vacation rentals in the area, so our hosting style is a little different than that of an individual host. During your stay, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Las Begonias sits on the north end of the Las Palmas neighborhood and offers quick access to the beach. You're literally across the street from the ocean. The complex is also just steps from great restaurants like Cafe de Playa, Alma Santa Cocina Latina at PACIFICO Beach Club and Restaurante Mar Azul.
Just a 5-minute walk gets you to Pueblito Norte and Pueblito Sur; 2 large plazas that are home to many fantastic restaurants, a coffee shop, a grocery store, a day spa, and more! You'll find many, many more restaurants as well as shops, a casino, and 3 large grocery stores in Downtown Coco, just a 10-minute walk from your door.
Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Guanacaste Airport (LIR), near Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation!
Enter into the main living space with a chic look and updated decor and furniture. The living room has a comfortable seating area, Smart TV and opens to the fully stocked kitchen. There is a half bath just off the living space. The kitchen has all of the amenities of home plus an island with dining space for 4. There is also the option for outdoor dining on the rear, covered terrace. The kitchen area has a stacked washer/dryer tucked inside a closet plus a beautiful desk for those that need a dedicated workspace during their stay.
At the top of the stairs is a full bathroom with a large shower and updated finishes. The first bedroom has the option of being a King bed or two twin beds and has plenty of storage. The primary bedroom has a King bed, lots of storage, a safe and a covered balcony overlooking the grounds. The complex has a large, covered rancho area with a dining table that seats 6, as well as a beautiful community pool surrounded by lush, tropical flora.

The home was clean and well maintained, the host provided all the information we needed and was quick in responding to our messages. Communication was very easy. The location is very close to the beach, restaurants and a small grocery store.

The condo was clean and proximity to the beach was awesome! Just a 2 minute walk. The grounds were very nice and we loved the pool.The condo itself could have used a few tweaks: perhaps a bit more cutlery and hooks to hang towels but overall it was pretty good value.

Great location. Very close to the beach, restaurants and a small grocery store. The grounds and pool are very well maintained
Why the low rating of 5/10?
The condo had several problems. I had 4 phone conversations, 14 WhatsApp messages with the management company. 4 maintenance workers came to condo to do repairs over 3 days. Not all repairs were completed during my stay.
-Sliding front glass door didn’t lock and screen door was broken
-Downstairs bathroom window didn’t lock
-Spider webs on all windows and screens
-Upstairs bathroom door scraped the floor upon opening and closing
-Master bedroom ceiling fan is old and constantly made a squeaky sound
-Several towels were old and stained
-and other minor problems
