The Space
Knob Hill features 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms (sleeps 8). Not suitable for those who need a level entry. Home is up a flight of stairs from the driveway. Inside, the home is 3 levels so STAIRS ARE REQUIRED.

BEDROOM 1 (MAIN FLOOR)
The downstairs primary bedroom features a King bed with luxury linens, a Roku smart TV, luggage rack, sound machine for a peaceful night's sleep, and closet space. USB outlets are located on the bedside lamps.

BEDROOM 2 (TOP FLOOR)
The Blue Mountain Room is a cozy space with two queen beds, a towel rack, sound machine for a peaceful night's sleep, and a Roku smart TV. This room shares a bathroom with the Treehouse room. There is no closet.

BEDROOM 3 (TOP FLOOR)
The Treehouse Room features a king bed and huge window for amazing views of the mountain- it truly feels like you’re in the trees! Rocking chair and bookshelf with curated selections, a Roku smart TV, dresser, towel rack, sound machine for a peaceful night's sleep, and small closet space. Shares a bathroom with the Blue Mountain room.

BEDROOM 4 (LOWER FLOOR)
We are so excited to have this bedroom open for guests! It features a twin over twin bunk bed, 10 foot ceilings, a foosball table, cozy rug for playing, and a fabulous mountain mural by a local artist! Please note that weight limit on the top bunk is 160 lbs. This bedroom is also on a different level of the house from the other bedrooms and makes a great hangout for older kids and teens.

BATHROOMS
Each floor of the chalet has one shared full bathroom (3 total). The main floor bathroom has a bathtub, while the other two are shower stalls.

DOG FRIENDLY - Maximum of two dogs per stay. There is a $45 non-refundable pet fee per night (up to two dogs). Pets must be at least 1 year old, fully housebroken, and must be crated when no guests are present.

WINTER ROAD ADVISORY
The roads leading to Knob Hill Chalet are all paved, and at times steep and narrow as expected in a mountain area. Though main roads are plowed, secondary roads can be challenging during winter months. We always recommend 4WD/AWD and/or chains during winter and the town of Seven Devils REQUIRES them if the roads are icy- it is your responsibility to come prepared. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have the entire house to themselves. Please note, the home is not level entry. To access the home a full flight of STAIRS IS REQUIRED.

Entry and exit to the driveway are somewhat steep and not ideal for low-riding vehicles (sedans and minivans, etc that go slowly will be fine). Parking for 3 vehicles.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
The chalet is located in a wooded area, so you may see and hear bugs, furry critters of all sizes. Our property has regularly scheduled pest control, however, we cannot guarantee that any such critters will not be visible in and around the property. Please try to keep the doors closed, do not leave food outside to prevent entry of unwanted critters. No refunds will be provided if a local critter visits the property.
