Cozy vacation rental with a terrace!
Welcome to “Haus Oberlin”! This vacation rental is ideal for a Borkum getaway for two (maximum occupancy is 3 people). You’ll feel right at home here!
Spanning 50 m² of living space, the apartment features a living/dining room with a kitchenette, a separate bedroom, a hallway, and a bathroom with a shower. Bright rooms, modern furnishings, and original artwork create a very inviting and warm atmosphere. A particular highlight is the apartment’s own covered terrace facing west, where you can enjoy the sun in the afternoons and early evenings during the summer when the weather is nice. It’s a wonderful spot to spend a quiet “Teetied” here!
The cozy furnishings invite you to relax—whether reading or watching TV in the comfortable sofa corner or enjoying a game night at the dining table.
The kitchenette is fully equipped for comfortable self-catering—including a four-burner ceramic cooktop, a microwave, and various small appliances.
The separate “bedroom” of the vacation apartment features a comfortable double bed (separate mattresses, each 90 x 200 cm; height-adjustable head and foot sections), nightstands with reading lamps, a spacious dresser, and an open clothes rack. Additional sleeping space is provided by the pull-out sofa bed in the living room (160 x 180 cm sleeping surface). If the clothes rack in the bedroom isn’t enough, you can also use part of the new built-in closet in the hallway for your hanging clothes; there is another large closet in the living room. The apartment has roller shades for blackout.
Our Apartment No. 7 is often booked together with Apartment No. 6 by couples or families who are friends. Both apartments are right next to each other. The dining table can be extended for shared meals or game nights.

General Information: Free Wi-Fi is available. A hair dryer in the bathroom is provided, as are a clothes drying rack, a vacuum cleaner, a portable travel crib, and a high chair. You can wash your laundry in the coin-operated washing machine in the building’s shared basement. A clothes dryer is also available here for all guests of the house. There is a parking space right next to the house. Bicycles may be parked at the back of the house, in the courtyard, or on the apartment’s private terrace. This is a non-smoking property. Pets are not allowed. The apartment is located on the first floor and can be accessed via a separate entrance up five steps from Norderreihe.

“Haus Oberlin,” located at the corner of Kirchstraße and Norderreihe, is in a central yet quiet location very close to the beach and is highly appreciated by our guests. Just a 5-minute walk and you’re at Borkum’s main beach!
Its proximity to the island’s train station, grocery stores, restaurants, and boutiques ensures you’ll have the perfect vacation.
The Lange Fenne, a vast expanse of meadows and pastures, begins right behind the house. Here, among horse pastures and water ditches, you can set out on long walks or bike rides.
