This is a great unit for two people in a perfect location next to the Fraser River and in walking distance to everything in the downtown Winter Park.

Stayed here with my young son for a short ski trip. Nice setting and clean, with great access to town of winter park.

After fixing the door handle so it wouldn’t fall off when opening the door, we then searched for keys for club house, which came falling down from where coats were hung. We then went on the hunt for a welcome book of some sort but all we found was a guest book to sign, which oops we forgot.
Upon trying to put things in a place to store for our stay we had to put the fans back in their boxes so we had more room in the closest. Unfortunately, the cleaning people forgot to clean under bed and their was a stain in the couch as well.
No elevator, which is great exercise going to 2nd floor but to have to put in a 10 digit code to get in is a little over kill. You had to look it up every time you wanted to get in. Ugh!!!
The layout was quaint and the location with the sound of the creek was amazing.
