A cozy and very centrally located studio apartment of about 40 square meters, ideal for 3 people, situated on the first floor of a renovated building (NO elevator). The property is located in the heart of the historic and lively Ballarò Market (ZTL), just a short walk from all the main attractions in downtown Palermo and the Central Station.

The interior layout is as follows:

- LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (4-burner gas stove, refrigerator, electric oven, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils), dining table, TV, coat rack, and access to the balcony;

- SLEEPING AREA with a double bed and a single sofa bed;

- BATHROOM with a raised shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet;

- BALCONY (10 square meters).



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi (fiber), split A/C (heating/cooling), soundproof windows, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.



PLEASE NOTE: Renovation work is currently underway in the building across from the apartment; as a result, there may be some noise, and the view is partially obstructed. Work is carried out Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.



The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and there are no shared spaces with the host or other tenants.



All guests must present valid identification upon arrival, as required by Italian law.



For check-ins between 9:30 PM and 1:30 AM, a surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:

EUR 15 from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM

EUR 20 from 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM

EUR 30 from 12:00 AM to 1:30 AM

Check-in is not possible after 1:30 AM, even for a fee.



At check-in, you will be required to pay the tourist tax in cash, which is €2.00 per person per night.



The apartment is located in a central area of Palermo, surrounded by all major amenities (bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies) and a short distance from the famous Ballarò Market. The main attractions of the city’s historic center, as well as Palermo’s Central Station, are just a few minutes’ walk away.
