About this house rental
Quiet cottage neighborhood on east 30A!
Magnolia Cottages is a quiet community with a laid-back neighborhood feel. Starfish and Coffee is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath home within easy walking distance (2 minutes!) to our neighborhood beach access and communal pool. Hop on the bike path and ride to shops and restaurants in Alys Beach, Seacrest Village, Rosemary Beach, and the Big Chill (formerly The Hub).
The house features cozy screened-in porches on both the first and second floors, a private master suite, and hardwood floors throughout. It’s an open concept living space with two guest bedrooms on the first floor and the master suite upstairs. It's perfect for a family, plus grandparents or friends for the kids.
The first guest bedroom (downstairs) has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second guest bedroom (downstairs) has a full-over-full bunk bed and a full bathroom (walk-in shower) just across the hall.
Walk upstairs to the master bedroom to enjoy a good book or a glass of wine in your own private sanctuary in the treetops. The master suite features a king bed, large closet, screened-in porch with hammock chair, flat screen TV, desk with a comfortable home-office chair, and a spacious bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower.
We keep 4 bikes at the house so our guests can take full advantage of the bike path!
PLEASE NOTE:
*This is our second home, and we take great care of it. We expect our guests to treat the house with respect and communicate with us promptly regarding any damage or accidents. No parties, smoking, street parking, or pets. The guest making the booking must be present throughout the reservation. The booking and credit card name must match. No agent or concierge bookings allowed. MAX OCCUPANCY: 6 adults OR 4 adults and 4 kids; 2 cars.
*We require a selfie with ID after booking. If you don't send this within 24 hours, we will cancel the booking.
*We spend a lot of time in the area and are happy to give you recommendations. We've highlighted all our favorite local spots in your welcome packet at the house and can help you make arrangements for special activities like a beach bonfire or sailing cruise.
*We do not use a property management company! All communication will be either directly with us or with our "boots on the ground" guy to help guests with any immediate needs while they are at the house.

Had a great stay here. The location was great and a very short walk to the beach and the pool. The place was very nice and very clean and communication with the host was easy and they were very responsive. Many good eating options close by that you can walk or ride bike to. Great home layout, plenty of space for everyone to have their own space, loved the upstairs porch especially.As listing described - short walk to beach but be mindful of listing because if you don’t want to pay for umbrella setup, you can’t sit right where the neighborhood beach access is. The shed has all the beach/pool gear you would need.Wonderful location especially with the bikes included. We would love to stay here again!
