Fully furnished second floor apartment atop a century old Medina farmhome on Hiway 16 between Bandera and Kerrville. One Bedroom with full bed and private bath with shower. Combination living/dining/kitchen area with full kitchen (full size refrigerator, electric oven and range, microwave, kitchen sink). Guests must be able to climb steep industrial outdoor stairs to access apartment. The house below is also in short term rental and can be combined if available for larger guest groups...plenty of parking and outside yard. (See VRBO 2827483) for availability. Make this your homebase for hiking, biking and sightseeing! Central heat/air and water separate from house below. 50 amp hookup available at nominal cost for guests already staying at Apartment or House.
