About this house rental
A beautiful 5 year old home in a gated community with a private backyard that backs to desert and mountain views. A self cleaning heated pool (heating for additional charge) with a separate hot tub and fire table with 4 luxury outdoor rocking swivel chairs and grill make for a relaxing escape. Additional lounge chairs and hanging swing chair complete the private back yard. The pool is not fenced separately from back yard and the sliding glass doors provide access to the pool with an alarm system for safety to alert accidental entry to pool area by small children. Consequently the home may not be appropriate for small children.
The home offers a spacious open floor plan with a large gathering area comprised of kitchen, dining and living spaces. The main living space has a large 85" smart tv loaded with all the streaming services available and a surround couch that includes 3 built-in recliners and a separate rocking chair. The kitchen is complete with 4 bar stools and a table that can seat up to 10 people. A five burner gas stove with built in microwave and oven and french door refrigerator is perfect for preparing and serving gourmet meals.
The main bedroom suite has a king bed and double sink vanity with an extra large walk in shower and super large walk in closet that includes an additional 2 dressers. Each guest bedroom has a queen bed with night stands and dresser separated by a full bathroom and large walk-in shower. The third bathroom is a full combination tub and shower.
An additional flex room provides an extra dining area with a combination poker and bumper pool table with six over-sized comfortable chairs. This space is perfect for game nights and spending time unplugged. Wifi throughout the house provides plenty of opportunity for times to connect.
In addition there is a full laundry room and two car garage. Cars must be parked in driveway or in garage over night as no street parking is allowed from midnight to 8:00 a.m. Street parking is allowed during the day. No commercial vehicles or RV's allowed to park overnight. Supermarket, shopping, and restaurants are all close by. The extensive Tucson paved bike trail system connects to the neighborhood without the need to ride in traffic. Preference is for a minimum of a 4 week rental. Very peaceful location, quiet neighborhood, and well-appointed house. The owners were delightful, very easy to communicate with, and we had a fabulous stay. Definitely recommend this property!
