About this house rental
2019 Grand Design by Transcend, 300+ sq ft, 38' long RV. Like new, only taken out 5 times. Parked in our Big Backyard, surrounded by a 6' privacy wood fence, in a quiet, 'out in the country' neighborhood, waiting just for you. Volleyball, corn hole, BBQ grill, & frisbees, are available for your fun OR free wifi and quiet surroundings if you need to work. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids (possibly 2 more 'little' people) OR 1 adult needing some peace and quiet. IH-35 is 2 miles to the east. SH-45 is 3 miles to the west. Great location to all things in Central Texas!

My cousin and I stayed here for the F1 weekend at COTA. This space worked out great for us. Kathy was communicative and accommodating and the space is clean and quiet. We couldn't have been happier!

The owner has the most care and is willing to help with any situation for the living space. The rental was extremely tidy and organized, with no interruptions during our stay. Kathy and Rex are absolutely wonderful hosts!
