The kitchen, dining/ living room are the second floor. This home has a view of the trout fishing lake off of the large back deck. This home has a wood burning fireplace, A sofa bed on the second level, a futon in the loft, a garage, washer and dryer, a foosball table, Mr. coffee coffee maker, wireless Internet, central air. 2203 square feet. Pets are not allowed in any rental unit. There will be a $1,000 fine for unauthorized pets.
