Perfect for a large family or group retreat, this five-bedroom home showcases all-new construction, stylish design, and all the furnishings equipped for modern comfort.

Spread out around the spacious, fully screened pool area or enjoy a refreshing dip in the attached spa. When everyone works up an appetite, fire up the gas grill for a poolside barbecue. There's outdoor seating for four at the patio table.

Inside, challenge your guests to some friendly competition in the game room complete with a foosball table, giant stacking tower, multi-arcade video game cabinet, and a smart TV equipped with an Xbox console and gaming chairs. For some more casual downtime and group gatherings, unwind in the open living area while streaming shows and movies on the smart TV. The expansive island kitchen boasts ample counter space and a full suite of stainless steel appliances for family style meal planning. There's counter seating, while sit-down meals can be enjoyed in the elegant dining space. The second floor landing also features a living area and smart TV for added entertainment options.

The first floor features a primary suite and a guest bedroom. Three bedrooms can be found upstairs, each offering its own bespoke design and furnishings. The second-floor primary features a serene woodland scene. A beach-themed bedroom will have guests slipping into seaside reverie with an immersive coastal scene complete with a shade tent and beach mat. The fifth bedroom features a complete Minions takeover that younger guests will love. All five bedrooms are equipped with a smart TV. Both primary suites include a private, attached bathroom. A full bathroom on the first floor and two full bathrooms upstairs are available for household access.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
