About this house rental
This gorgeous and spacious six-bedroom/five-bathroom home is sure to impress you from the moment you arrive. The ample living room space is perfect for large groups or families. The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Downstairs you have you will find a bedroom with a queen sized bed. Upstairs enjoy the cozy family theatre where you will be able to spend some quality time. You will also have a game room in the garage space. Upstairs you have a Disney Princess themed bedroom with a bunkbed, a bedroom with a king bed and attached bath, another bedroom with two full beds, a room with a queen bed, and the master bedroom featuring a king bed and attached bath. A full-size washer and dryer are at the home for your use, however we do not provide laundry detergent, so keep that in mind when preparing for your trip. Enjoy the private swimming pool with spa out on the patio and grill poolside with family or friends. Optional add-ons for your stay: you can request to have the pool heated for an additional cost of $70 per 5 nights. Each additional 5 nights stayed would be an additional $70 for pool heat. This home is pet friendly. We do not charge a pet fee, however pets are prohibited from being on furniture or beds. A pet cleaning fee of $250 will be charged to the card on file for any violations to this rule.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home away from home. It had everything we needed and were looking for in a vacation home. House was clean and close to the Disney parks which we loved! Communication with the owner as well as property management was easy, friendly and welcoming. We would def recommend this property and hope to visit again in the future.

Overall the house was really nice and pretty spacious. We were all comfortable and the area was very nice. This was our first visit to Florida we enjoyed the city and didn’t get to go to the waterpark. Which we were bummed about but next time as we say. The kitchen provides everything you would need but definitely get trash bags and if you’re cooking more dishwasher soap and laundry detergent because a house this big means more guest will stay and that means more trash. The dryer door would not close because it was stuffed with lint so I had to clean it out as best as I could to get my load in there to dry. I didn’t expect to have to do something like that. Unfortunately the house had tiny sugar ants throughout the entire house. We couldn’t really enjoy the dining table or leave anything out. Like sugar for our coffee that kind of stuff. We didn’t want them getting in there while we slept. Maintenance came right away but whatever was done didn’t help they were there the entire stay. For the money we paid I expected an immaculate house with zero issues. The neighbors were blasting their music you could hear it in the primary and the stars war bedroom until 130am. The pool area is really pretty but you can see your neighbors swimming all around you while you’re entering to enjoy the pool. If you don’t mind that then this won’t be an issue.

I did not receive instructions on how to access home or details prior to my arrival. I had to call the management company multiple times to have issues addressed. Even when I was told they would call me back. The home was not clean. Shower liners were disgusting.
