Vaulted ceilings soar in the light-filled living room, equipped with a wet bar perfect for entertaining. Hours of fun await in the game room playing ping-pong, pool, or air hockey by the fireplace. A dedicated laundry room adds convenience to longer stays.
Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, configured with stainless steel appliances and handy extras - or step outside to fire up the gas grill. Then gather round the firepit and watch the stars come out.

Drought conditions will affect the water levels for this property so please know that the pictures in the listing may not reflect the true level of water during your stay. We are not able to give refunds or cancellations due to low water levels.
Due to recent increases in water levels some boat ramps have been opened on Canyon Lake. Boat ramps #1 and #2 are open for free, public use. Boat ramps #14, #17, #18 and #19 are also open but do charge a fee for entry. For the most up to date water levels and ramp openings please visit the mycanyonlake website.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Overall, the home was a nice place. It’s old…but well maintained overall. The air hockey table didn’t work because the electrical cord has been damaged…but the kids still had a blast with it. The kids had a great time and overall, it’s a beautiful house…old vibes to it, but good. The problem here though is that the website shows pictures of the property where you have true lake access. It looks wonderful. But when you get there, Canyon Lake is SO LOW that you do NOT have access to the lake anymore at this property. In fact, you really can’t get access to it at all….unless you are willing to climb down rocks to get to the low levels of the lake….and with young kids, this ain’t happening. There is no clear trail or steps to get down to the water to compensate for the low water levels. Perhaps if they put in a clean trail or steps to get to the lower levels of the lake, then guests would be happier?
But, if you are simply looking for a getaway with amazing views of the lake and have access to a 3-story home (basement, ground floor, 2nd floor) with nice TVs and nice showers and spacious environment to just gather with friends and family and talk and just BE together, this home is perfect! If you are looking for a place to just be out on their beautiful decks and play games with friends and family and talk….or have a nice l it fire pit (which we loved doing), then this is a wonderful place for just that!
It’s a cozy neighborhood, quiet, peaceful, amazing view. Just have to be sure your goals for the vacation trip are what this place can offer.
Overall, thank you for this beautiful home. We know the low levels of the lake isn’t something one can control. But to the vacationer, if the lake thing is what you are wanting, be sure to do some research. If you just want to relax with a large group of people and chill out together, this is a wonderful spot for that.

The Stagecoach Estate was the perfect place for out 2024 Family Vacation. The amazing views, cozy neighbor, and plentiful wildlife were top tier. The kids loves it which makes the memories priceless.

Nice house and stay. The entire family enjoyed the home. Lake levels are low and it's a Canyon side home but you can only blame the drought for that.

The ac in the home did not work. The fridge in the kitchen did not work as well. The fridge was over heating and would not cool. I notified the management company and they never sent anyone out.
