Ideally situated only four miles from the gates of Walt Disney World, this six-bedroom home in Kissimmee will give you a vacation you'll remember for years to come. Return from your daily adventures to enjoy a private pool with a spillover spa, your own pool table, and fantastic facilities at Emerald Island Resort.
This two-story home is part of Emerald Island Resort, with the resort clubhouse only half a mile down the road. There you'll have access to an outdoor pool, a hot tub, a palm-lined sundeck, a fitness center, and saunas, with tennis courts just a quarter-mile beyond. It's an excellent home base whether you're planning visits to Disney World, SeaWorld (13 miles), or Universal Studios (18 miles).
This home was seemingly designed for family fun, offering a screened lanai out back with a pool, a spa, and a shaded patio where you can barbecue on the gas grill and screen big games on the outdoor TV. The fun continues inside, with the garage housing a pool table for evening nine-ball tournaments.
The main-floor living space can easily handle the whole family, with a formal living room and dining room in front, a more casual family room toward the rear, and an eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an island with bar seating, and a breakfast table. Of the six bedrooms (each with its own TV), one is a primary suite on the first floor. The other five bedrooms are upstairs, including three with en suite bathrooms.

The pool/spa do not come heated. We also only offer pool heat during the months of May-September for $32 / day. Please give a 3 day notice to add pool heat for your vacation.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
Security camera details: There is an active camera in the front door entryway.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool spa heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

But, don't pay to heat the pool. It was never really warm and we regret paying that money. The house is obviously a newer rental. It had been well cleaned but a while back and there was various evidence of that from a bit of staining in the toilet bowls to dust and a bit of debris in the tub.... but it did not bother us as it was clearly sanitized and the house was lovely. As a newer rental, it had plenty of dishes and linens and cookware, but no salt and pepper or other basics that I usually find at vacation homes. The beds and furniture were comfortable. As the hurricane had recently come through the area, we arrived to find all the patio furniture piled in the living room, but they were quick to resolve the issue. The garage room was dank and a bit cluttered, so if that is a major selling point for you, you might want to reconsider. Location: Depending on traffic Disney World was 15-25 minutes away. Shopping and restaurants are all around.

Property was good! Stove is dated and not working properly. Hot tub there but no Hot Water. Repeated request but no satisfaction
