We arrived and the pool heating did not work for the first week this was party due to the hurricane, no electric and then the timer was off set. No fault of the villa . Once I contacted Villa direct then sent a man out straight away fix it , the pool netting had also been damaged in the hurricane they arranged for a contractor to fix it the next day. The welcome pack was a bonus, There was new flooring throughout. The house could do with a freshen up as it was looking tired. The kitchen had everything we needed apart from a pair of scissors.As we were there when there was a hurricane I felt the house would have benefited from a hurricane box containing a torch, candles,matches etc as we had to go and buy these. Overall it was good villa , just a little dated and a couple of broken blinds. I would book with Villa direct again.

the rental manager need to advise guest there will have to pay $ 20 per vehicle to enter at the division. which I was not made aware of . when I get at the gate the security send me to the club house to get a pass she said I need to paid $40 but please let the guest know ahead of time there will be a fee. that's all.

Love this property. This was my 2nd time staying here. Lots of room, great pool area and kitchen/living room set up nice and open for easy hang out. Only feedback is that the carpets are due for a deep clean. Lots of staining and spots in almost every room. Easy fix I think.

The bedrooms and en suites were very convenient. We loved having 4 king suites and the rooms for children as well. The location was great and convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, and Disney parks.
The condition of the home was poor overall. Dryer vent was disconnected upon arrival. Laundry room was HOT due to not venting. Mold present in most showers, window upstairs overlooking the pool appeared to have water damage. Safety alarm on back patio door had been removed. Carpets, kitchen cabinets, and pool inclosure all very worn and torn. Kitchen amenities and equipment was minimal. Made cooking for a family of 10 for a week difficult but not impossible.
Overall the neighborhood felt secure and convenient to parks, however a little disappointed in upkeep and quality of the property.
