House 73 is a smoke-free home and is very popular thanks to its beautiful location overlooking the park and the dike, as well as its own small garden.
We offer a total of 6 sleeping spots.
The house has an attic that has been converted into a youth room with a TV. In addition to a single bed, you’ll find a sleeper chair here that can be pulled out into a full-size bed with a slatted frame.
On the second floor, there is a children’s room with two single beds, a TV, a DVD player, and a CD player. We’ve furnished the children’s room with a desk and some games, puzzles, etc.
On this floor, there’s a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower.
The windows in the bedroom and children’s room have roller shutters with insect screens.
A travel crib is available for a baby. For children, there is a high chair, a toilet seat, and a step stool. The main staircase is equipped with a safety gate, and the electrical outlets have child safety covers.
On the first floor, there is a spacious living-dining area with new, modern furniture and a comfortable sofa. Here you’ll find a 42-inch TV and a small stereo system with Bluetooth connectivity.
The kitchen is equipped with a built-in stove and glass-ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, fridge-freezer combo, microwave, and SENSEO Switch coffee maker. There is a bathroom with a shower on this floor.
