Located in Uzès, just a few minutes from the historic center yet nestled in a natural setting, the Mas d'Apamée offers a lush, green environment with all the shops and restaurants nearby. You can easily walk to run errands, grab a drink at Place aux Herbes, or head straight out for a stroll through the garrigue.
This charming historic home can accommodate 8 guests with 4 bedrooms, an open-concept living area with a kitchen, a living room, 2 bathrooms, and a pool.
Restored with respect for the original materials (vaulted ceilings, exposed stone walls, stone archways, and travertine floors) and furnished with a blend of antique and modern pieces, the house offers both charm and comfort.
We have taken special care with the bedding, featuring high-quality, generously sized mattresses and box springs that can be arranged according to your preference:
- Bedrooms 1 and 2: a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) that can be converted into two single beds (90 x 200 cm)
- Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) that can be converted into 2 single beds (80 x 200 cm)
- Bedroom 4: 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm)
The outdoor area is divided into three separate spaces, allowing everyone to have their privacy and offering different atmospheres:
- A large covered outdoor terrace with a large table and a griddle for lunches and dinners during the warmer months, as well as a pool area (10 m x 4 m) with lounge chairs surrounded by oleanders and a small garden
- A courtyard accessible from one of the bedrooms, with a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside, centered around an old olive tree, an ancient well, and a majestic cypress tree
- A large, light-filled, uncovered outdoor terrace with spacious outdoor sofas extending into a terraced garden
Finally, a parking area provides space for 4 vehicles.
The Wi-Fi has been set up to provide a strong signal in all rooms and outdoor areas.
Service fees include: a welcome from Cécile and her assistance in case of any issues, indoor and outdoor cleaning, bed linens and towels, Wi-Fi, and a weekly visit from a pool maintenance professional.
