2-room vacation home for up to 4 people, approx. 44 m², 1 bedroom with a double bed, living-dining room
with 2 comfortable sofa beds or a double sofa bed, some with a wood-burning stove, separate dining area,
fully equipped kitchen area, entryway with coat rack, shower/toilet, balcony or terrace, satellite TV, some with an additional sleeping loft (for children ages 5 and up), with a telephone.
Special attention was paid to eco-friendly and resource-saving design and furnishings. LED lighting is installed throughout the house. Heating is provided by a CO2-neutral pellet stove.
You’ll be staying in a 2-room vacation home for up to 4 people (in exceptional cases, also for 6 people—upon request) with approximately 48 m² of living space.
The entryway, complete with a coat rack and a shoe rack, warmly welcomes you. A children’s chair is available in the coat closet for younger children.
The living room features a sofa set with two armchairs, a pellet stove, a flat-screen satellite TV with Sky, a mini hi-fi stereo system, and a telephone.
A daytime and an evening terrace invite you to relax. The terraces are furnished and have sunshades.
The bedroom features a double bed, with a loft area under the sloped ceiling above it that has two beds—also suitable as a play or reading area.
The fully equipped kitchen area, featuring a microwave and dishwasher, among other things, makes for a pleasant and cozy cooking experience, as the dining table is right next to the kitchen.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and a sink with a large mirror. A towel radiator keeps your towels pleasantly warm.

In our vacation resort, located on the edge of the forest and designed like a park, you’ll find child-friendly and comfortably furnished vacation homes and apartments for up to 8 people. With many attractive recreational activities in the park and the surrounding area, Falkenstein Vacation Park is a perfect vacation destination for families. In our car-free resort, our younger guests can play to their heart’s content on the forest playground or at the table tennis tables.
Spend cozy evenings with friends and family at the barbecue area, for example. Our friendly team at the centrally located reception desk is happy to provide leisure tips as needed and take bread roll orders. A charging station for e-bikes is available in a lockable garage.
The heated Falkenstein outdoor pool is located right next to the vacation park; our guests enjoy free admission here during their stay. You can also visit the Churpfalzpark Loifling as often as you’d like during your vacation with a one-time payment for a day pass.
From your vacation rental, you can reach the town of Falkenstein in just a few minutes, where you’ll find plenty of shopping options and traditional Bavarian cuisine.
