About this apartment rental
2-room vacation home for up to 4 people, approx. 44 m², 1 bedroom with a double bed, living/sleeping area
with 2 comfortable sleeper sofas or a double sofa bed, some with a wood-burning stove, separate dining area,
fully equipped kitchen area, entryway with coat rack, shower/toilet, balcony or terrace, satellite TV, some with an additional sleeping loft (for children ages 5 and up), with telephone.

We have expanded our house to include a beautiful sleeping loft.
In the living room, a large cozy corner invites you to relax.
A flat-screen TV, stereo system, and game console provide entertainment. The infrared heating panels radiate pleasant warmth and ensure a healthy indoor climate. When it’s really cold outside, the fireplace provides warmth and coziness.
The bedroom also has space for a crib, which we provide free of charge to our young guests.
We have placed special emphasis on ensuring that this house is smoke-free.
On the back patio, you’ll find comfortable high-backed chairs and a large table. If the sun gets too intense, simply extend the awning or move to the front patio with its lovely chairs and a small table. Just enjoy a lovely, shady spot in the fresh air.

In our vacation resort, located on the edge of the forest and designed like a park, you’ll find child-friendly and comfortably furnished vacation homes and apartments for up to 8 people. With many attractive recreational activities in the park and the surrounding area, Falkenstein Vacation Park is the perfect vacation destination for families. In our car-free resort, our younger guests can play to their heart’s content on the forest playground or at the table tennis tables.
Spend cozy evenings with friends and family at the barbecue area, for example. Our friendly team at the centrally located reception desk will be happy to assist with leisure tips as needed and take bread roll orders. A charging station for e-bikes is available in a lockable garage.
The heated Falkenstein outdoor pool is located right next to the vacation park; our guests have free admission here during their stay. You can also visit the Churpfalzpark Loifling as often as you’d like during your vacation with a one-time payment for a day pass.
From your vacation rental, you can reach the town of Falkenstein in just a few minutes, where you’ll find plenty of shopping options and traditional Bavarian cuisine.
