Dear guests,
we warmly welcome you to our comfortable vacation home. With approximately 75 m² of space, it accommodates up to 6 people.
Newly installed natural stone radiators throughout the house ensure a consistently pleasant indoor climate even during the cold season. In the living area, a fireplace also radiates cozy warmth.
The fully equipped kitchen (stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster) leaves nothing to be desired. An extremely comfortable dining area, featuring a corner bench and an extendable table, rounds out the space.
A large (sleeper) sofa awaits you in the living area. A flat-screen TV over one meter wide, a DVD player, a stereo system, books, and various board games ensure you’ll never get bored, even when the weather isn’t great. The house also has a phone and an internet connection.
The sleeping area is separated from the living area by another hallway. The bright, spacious bedroom, featuring a large mirrored closet, a double bed with adjustable slatted frames, and spring mattresses, ensures a restful night’s sleep.
The second bedroom has a bunk bed and a single bed, providing enough sleeping space for three people. We’ve installed a second flat-screen TV with a DVD player here.
Between the bedrooms is the bathroom, which features a double sink, shower, and toilet. A makeup mirror and hair dryer are provided for your use. The adjacent guest restroom rounds out the amenities for the whole family.
The sunny terrace is furnished with new patio furniture. Sun loungers, a parasol, and a grill are available for your use here.

In our park-like vacation complex, situated on the edge of the forest, you’ll find child-friendly and cozily furnished vacation homes and apartments for up to 8 people. With many attractive recreational activities in the park and the surrounding area, Falkenstein Vacation Park is the perfect vacation destination for families. In the car-free resort, our younger guests can play to their heart’s content on the forest playground or at the table tennis tables. When the weather is bad, the kids’ club offers a variety of activities, including games and movie screenings.
Spend cozy evenings with friends and family at the barbecue area, for example. Our friendly reception team will also be happy to arrange a babysitting service if needed. At the centrally located reception desk, our staff will gladly provide leisure tips, take bread orders, or arrange wellness treatments.
The heated Falkenstein outdoor pool is located right next to the vacation park; our guests enjoy free admission here during their stay. You can also visit the Churpfalzpark Loifling as often as you’d like during your vacation with a one-time payment for a day pass.
From your vacation rental, you can reach the town of Falkenstein in just a few minutes, where you’ll find plenty of shopping options and traditional Bavarian cuisine.
