Our lovingly furnished vacation home is the ideal retreat for anyone who appreciates nature, tranquility, and quality time together—whether as a couple, with friends, or as a family. It accommodates up to four people: a cozy double bed in the bedroom and a French bed on the loft invite you to relax.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need—from coffee makers and dishes to an oven and microwave. In the cozy living area, a plush couch, a wingback chair, and a wood-burning stove ensure cozy evenings. Entertainment is provided by a Smart TV and PS4.
Especially family-friendly:
Our little guests won’t be left out either—with a high chair, baby bouncer, travel crib, bottle warmer, toys, and books. The ground-level, fenced-in patio offers safety and space to play, while adults can relax while barbecuing or sunbathing.
Adventures right on your doorstep:
Just two minutes away, a large playground with a barbecue area awaits. The surrounding area features family-friendly hiking trails in the summer and a child-friendly ski slope in the winter—ideal for adventurers of all ages.

In our park-like vacation resort, situated on the edge of the forest, you’ll find child-friendly and cozy vacation homes and apartments for up to 8 people. With plenty of attractive recreational activities in the park and the surrounding area, Falkenstein Vacation Park is the perfect vacation destination for families. In our car-free resort, our younger guests can run around to their heart’s content on the forest playground or at the table tennis tables. When the weather is bad, the kids’ club offers a variety of activities, including games and movie screenings.
Spend cozy evenings with friends and family at the barbecue area, for example. Our friendly team at the front desk will also be happy to arrange a babysitting service if needed. At the centrally located reception desk, our staff will gladly assist you with leisure tips, take bread roll orders, or help you book wellness treatments.
The heated Falkenstein outdoor pool is located right next to the vacation park; our guests enjoy free admission here during their stay. You can also visit the Churpfalzpark Loifling as often as you’d like during your vacation with a one-time payment for a day pass.
From your vacation rental, you can reach the town of Falkenstein in just a few minutes, where you’ll find plenty of shopping options and traditional Bavarian cuisine.
