This ground floor three bedroom is located within a mile from highly sought after Coligny Plaza. With a convenient location directly across from the pool through the patio and two master beds/bathrooms, this fully updated unit truly has the feeling of a “home away from home”. Guests can park directly in front of the unit in one of the designated spaces. Through the covered entry, the storage closet, provided for beach, golf, or tennis storage items is directly to your left.
Light and airy, the master bedroom has a walk-in closet and 6 drawer dresser that provide ample storage space. Furnished with a King Sized bed and brand new smart Roku TV and adjoined to a large ensuite bath, the room is comfortable and receives plenty of natural light from the oversized windows. The ensuite bath has a large walk in shower and double sink that offer plenty of space for storing toiletries and getting ready.
Down the hall and just off the open floor plan of the kitchen/dining/living room area, are the other two bedrooms. The secondary master guest bedroom also has its own ensuite bath with a sink and walk in shower, a king sized bed and a Roku smart TV. The third bedroom is furnished with a full and twin bed in nautical decor, a third Roku smart TV and two closest with a small desk ideal for working or school remotely. This bedroom has an adjoining door to the dedicated bathroom that is also accessible from the hallway, convenient to the shared living space.
The kitchen of this unit is a rare gem in villas with lots of counter space for food prep, and fully stocked with stainless steel appliances. The bar area that joins the kitchen to the living and dining room has three coastal style high top chairs as bar stools and is directly next to the 6 top coastal style dining table. The living room has a large Smart TV on an entertainment console stocked with cards and games. The Queen Anne style chair, a couch and loveseat provide ample seating for parties of any size and dynamic and the wicker glass top nesting coffee tables are perfect for family game nights while still making the most of the floor space in the living room.

We've stayed in this area, same construction type for three consecutive years. This was relative to the others, nicely decorated, good water pressure, good hvac, and very clean. As vrbo has become more of a broker for corporate rental agencies than an actual person to person platform there has been a decline in some of the amenities and whereas you might find leftover cleaning products or detergent left by the previous guests, that's no longer the case. I understand why, but I wish it hadn't changed. We had plenty of things left over that could have served others: plastic salt and pepper shakers, paper towels, detergent. Instead most was chucked in the garbage. They mention a donation of unused goods to a charity but as I recall it was an email address and when you're only there a week, it's not practical. The worst thing was the sand paper like toilet paper - I understand why they use single ply so the plumbing isn't clogged, but at least a better quality. They did provide little packages of soap and lotion, a la a Hampton Inn as well as dish soap and dishwasher soap. It was a bit difficult to find as its hidden in the back of the complex and Google never wanted to take us there. It was really good overall and we would go back.
