Exceptional quality for the price point - I'd expect to pay a lot more for the quality of the accommodation and the outstanding service from the staff. They were attentive, helpful and very friendly and made me feel welcome.
Mack (I assume he was the duty manager) went above and beyond and couldn't have been more helpful. What a wonderful place to stay - would highly recommend it.

The the staff were amazing. We couldn’t fault anything. On arrival we checked in at reception to be greeted with our room information and all information relevant to the hotel such as parking and food. We were shown to our room which was lovely very comfortable bed and the shower was amazing.
We popped over for dinner and had our son and grandson join us. Our grandson has a peanut allergy. They took this on board and catered for all of us. Dinner was a delight.
We stayed here last year when visiting our son in Northumberland, but stayed somewhere else after. On choosing a hotel for this visit, this one one hands down for the friendly, staff clean room and fabulous food. Thank you

The evening meal was delicious. Mac was a brilliant host, very helpful.
The rooms were nice and clean, however my room was very warm at night even with no radiator and window open.
Breakfast was not the quality of the evening dinner. Felt more slap/dash.
