This was my first time staying at a Pub/Hotel mix. I would definitely recommend it to people who are traveling light , as the stairs going up to the rental are narrow and winding. The manager of the hotel - Bhargav - was extremely helpful in making my stay comfortable and helping me arrange morning transportation to Paddington station. I can't thank him enough for the help and concern he showed towards me and my wife. He is a true asset to this establishment. I will definitely come back again - but with fewer bags

Despite some negative reviews I found this an entirely passable and even comfortable stay. It is an old pub so as with all old buildings it has some wear and tear but that’s part of the charm. Super location, owner is a complete champ! Would stay again for sure!

Check in was slow upon arrival, room small but adequate, some of the fixtures & fittings were loose or broken including a floor tile.
But bed really comfortable & had a good night’s sleep as it’s a lovely quiet area & shower also good.
No breakfast option which would have been handy.
