the lady at the front desk, Noamie (spelling?), was very helpful. She actually saved our trip to Pachupicchu! She arranged taxi to (2:30am!) and from (10pm) a bus station we had no idea. We had no idea where we were going! At end the taxi took us to the station nobody told us at the time of bokking! the staff was kind!

Upon entering the hotel, the hotel appeared to be clean and nice. Staff were very welcoming and kind which was a definite plus. However, the bedroom itself was only okay. The bathroom’s mirror was completely tarnished and the shower lining was discolored and moldy. When I turned the shower on, the shower head was so big that the water escaped the tub entirely and made a huge mess. Thankfully I was only there for one night but it was uncomfortable and I would not recommend staying here for longer than one night.
