    The room was the worst. Smelled so bad. Musty and moldy. It has very limited food choices. Casino floor was somewhat busy for a Saturday but there was no vibe at all. Never again.

    I recently visited Bally's Casino in Shreveport, Louisiana, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The property appeared outdated and in need of significant renovations and modernization. The overall atmosphere did not feel welcoming or well-maintained. Safety was also a concern. The exterior areas and parking facilities were poorly lit, making it uncomfortable to walk around, especially during the evening hours. I was also surprised to find that valet service was not available, which added to the inconvenience. Another major disappointment was that several casino table games were closed during peak hours when the casino should have been fully staffed and operating. This limited the gaming options and negatively impacted the overall guest experience. Based on my visit, I would not recommend Bally's Casino in Shreveport. Other gaming destinations offer a safer, more modern, and more enjoyable experience for visitors.

    The Bally's facility was built to capitalize on Shreveport's bid to redefine itself as a gambling Mecca. In its present condition, peeling wallpaper, untended landscaping, and a mere handful of guests belie its four star rating. We booked this hotel to obtain a pet friendly room, having been assured that regular treatments eliminated pet odors. Wrong. The smell of urine in our room was overpowering. The friendliness of the staff made it a better experience than it might have been.
