The condo was perfect for our family of eight. The kitchen was nice and equipped with all utensils and cookware to make breakfast before going skiing for the day. The location was perfect for trying out different ski resorts. Will definitely come back!

We adored this condo. The location could not be beat for summer or winter activities. Close to skiing, walking distance to the lake and to entertainment. The condo was perfectly clean, well stocked and updated. The host bent over backwards to make sure our stay was perfect. We will absolutely be coming back!

This was one of the best places we have stayed in Dillon. It was accurately described and had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was the best VRBO kitchen we have been in. It has every appliance we needed, every pot and pan and utensil needed to make meals and snacks. Having 3 bathrooms for 3 bedrooms is especially nice, and the steam shower in one of the bathrooms was incredible!! Location was perfect, we love Dillon and it was great to be able to walk to the lake, the park, and the Arapaho Cafe!

The condo was exactly as shown and close to everything. We had a family reunion in Dillon and this was the perfect location for all our activities. It is within walking distance to the Pavilion, Dillon Marina, farmers market, and the amphitheater. Very clean and comfortable and we hope to return again! Everything about this property was wonderful! The owner checked on us and handled any questions we had. If we needed something, we knew it would be available to us. We really enjoyed our time at this rental.

We had stayed in the area the previous year so knew the area quite well. Shannon was an excellent communicator and sent the check in details well before our booked dates - always a bonus! The apartment was exactly as shown in the photographs. There were only 4 of us, so plenty of room to spread out. It was great to be able to use the pool and the hot tub after skiing and they're only a short walk away. (Pool towels are supplied!) There are plenty of restaurants in the area so eating out is a good option, there's also a supermarket within easy distance, so if you decide to eat in - again, it's easy. The weekends were busy, but during the week there were not so many people around. The car park was very busy at the weekend, but we always managed to find a space! The ski lifts can get very crowded at the weekend - 45 minute waits were not unusual! Unfortunately, the people in the apartment above us let their children run about in the apartment in their ski boots - so they were very noisy - although this is obviously outside the control of Shannon. Luckily they were only there for 2 nights - but obviously no respect for the apartment. The only negative comment - which Shannon had warned us about beforehand was the change of bed to a bunk bed - personally we would have preferred the queen bed! The scenery is wonderful, lovely views across the reservoir, it must be stunning in the summer when the boats are out - although it was great to be able to walk out on the ice. We all had a great time and the apartment is handy for Keystone, Vail and Breckenridge, with Beaver Creek just a short drive away - all are included on the Epic pass!

Everything in this condo is nice! Furniture, beds, towels, TVs, appliances, cookware, decorations, and the steam shower with 2 shower heads. Three bathrooms was a bonus. The fireplace was not working during our stay, which was a bummer. It would've been nice to sit by the fire and watch the huge TV after being on the slopes all day. But there are 2 hot tubs in the club house just a short walk away to enjoy in the evenings. Another benefit of this condo is being on the ground level. We got a parking spot not far from the front door every day. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Our family has spent many xmas holidays in Summit County - we love to ski at multiple resorts and staying Dillon makes that super easy. Condo has beautiful view of the lake, and also has cozy living room with large TV as we like to watch movies at night. The bedrooms have large, comfy beds and loved having a third bathroom! Kitchen has plenty of appliances, pots and pans, and gadgets if you plan on cooking. Would stay again!

Definitely give this condo a try for your visit in the Colorado mountains. We stayed for the week of Thanksgiving and this condo was perfect for our vacation. Located only a couple min off of I70 in Dillon, it has the perfect location to enjoy all that the area has to offer. The description is exactly as the listing. We chose to ski Keystone, Breck, and Vail, (Copper for an evening event) and all are within an easy 10 - 40 min drive. The condo had all the necessary amenities you would ever need. Our teenager went to the inside pool and hot tubs every day. The kitchen was filled with what you have at your own house, so even preparing Thanksgiving dinner was easy. (We used everything from the carving board, spices, zip lock bags, to the crock pot) The pictures are exactly as you will get. Updated condo with furniture and decor that makes you feel right at home in the Colorado mountains. We were sent an email with all the instructions for the check-in and condo usage. Shannon quickly returned our messages, and answered questions. They were even able to accommodate a couple special requests we had. The logistics of renting and staying could't have been smoother. This location is right next to great places to eat, rent skis, shop, and everything you might need during your stay. While not right in one of the ski villages, Frisco/Dillon/Silverthorne are great too. We stumbled across the lighting of the Christmas tree event in Frisco and thought we were in a movie. Caroling, hot cider wassail festival, fireworks, and the arrival of Santa......make sure you check these towns out during your visit. And the absolute best part that made our stay.....THE VIEW! That's not a fake backdrop in the pictures. We had our 79 year old mom with us, and she enjoyed being right on Lake Dillon with the mountains, lake, trees and even a little wildlife (birds and little fox) to gaze at while we were off skiing for the day. She was able to read, relax, and soak in being in Colorado for Thanksgiving without even leaving the condo. So happy we stayed here and we will definitely be coming back and staying at Shannon and Kevin's condo. Thanks!
