Your Summit County home base is waiting. Walk out the door to Lake Dillon Marina, the Amphitheater, restaurants, and miles of bike paths, and wake up every morning to lake views. This fully updated, family-friendly condo comfortably sleeps 8 in real beds, stays cool all summer with AC in every bedroom, and has the fast WiFi and dedicated workspace that remote workers need to stay productive between adventures.
THE SPACE
Beautifully updated throughout, this condo features a fully renovated kitchen, new flooring, updated bathrooms, and a new fireplace with all new stone. The open living area has direct lake views and a gas fireplace for cooler evenings. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking in, and a 55" TV with cable is perfect for winding down after a big day out. Portable AC units in all three bedrooms keep the space comfortable even on warm summer days. A private in-unit washer and dryer means no trips to a shared laundry room. Fast WiFi at 395 Mbps and a dedicated desk in the primary bedroom make this a great fit for remote workers looking to extend their stay. The building's shared game room is available to all guests.
BEDROOMS
Six comfortable beds make it an ideal spot for up to 8 guests and a great choice for large groups of adults or families with kids or teenagers. The primary bedroom has a king bed with a dedicated workspace. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, including one full-size set.
GETTING AROUND
The Dillon Marina is a short walk away with paddleboard, kayak, and sailboat rentals, summer regattas, and Pug Ryan's Tiki Bar right on the water. The Dillon Amphitheater is steps from the condo and hosts live music all summer, including free Monday night concerts and ticketed weekend shows featuring national touring acts. The Farmers Market runs weekends from June through September. Summit County's 50-plus miles of paved rec paths are accessible right from the neighborhood. The free Summit Stage bus stop nearby connects you to Keystone, Breckenridge, and beyond without needing a car. Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, and Copper Mountain are all within 25 minutes by car for hiking and mountain biking.

One free parking space is included on premises. Additional parking is available in nearby Dillon city lots for larger groups.

No pets per HOA policy. The unit is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests per Town of Dillon regulations. The guest making the reservation must be 24 or older and staying on premises. Self check-in via keypad.

The place was clean and met our needs for sleeping. I would have liked to see the check in time start earlier than 4:30 but overall nice place to stay overnight.

Perfect place to stay for a quick getaway from Denver. We visited for a concert at Dillon Amphitheater. It's about a ten minute walk from the downtown section of Dillon and has great views.

Overall we had a great time. The property was clean and had plenty of room for all guests. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The only issues were the dishwasher did not run properly, property was located on third floor (which I had inquired about prior to arrival), and lack of air conditioning. Granted, I didn't even think of it when booking, but Dillon CO was extra hot at this time. A/C would have been nice, because it took awhile for the condo to cool down.
Overall, our stay was a lot of fun and for the price the condo was great. Thank you...

The views were absolutely gorgeous and location was only a two minute drive to Dillon marina where we could launch our Kayaks for free. Children's playground by the marina too. The rental was clean and had enough space for our large family. The kids enjoyed the clubhouse games and hot tub for hours and we had the whole place to ourselves the entire time which was surprising. Definitely will return!
