THE SPACE
Beautifully updated throughout, this condo features a fully renovated kitchen, new flooring, updated bathrooms, and a new fireplace with all new stone. The open living area has direct lake views and a gas fireplace that makes the room on a snowy night. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking in, and a 55" TV with cable is perfect for winding down after a big day out. A private in-unit washer and dryer means wet base layers and ski socks are dry by morning, with no trips to a shared laundry room. A ski rack by the door keeps gear out of the living space. Fast WiFi at 395 Mbps and a dedicated desk in the primary bedroom make this a great fit for anyone mixing work into a longer ski trip. The building's shared game room is available to all guests, which comes in handy when the weather turns.

Six beds sleep up to 8 guests. The primary bedroom has a king bed with a dedicated workspace. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, including one full-size set.
GETTING AROUND
Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain are all within 25 minutes by car. The free Summit Stage bus stop nearby connects you to Keystone, Breckenridge, and beyond without needing a second car. Downtown Dillon restaurants and shops are a short walk from the door. In the warmer months, the Dillon Marina and the Dillon Amphitheater concert series are both a few minutes away on foot.
PARKING
One free parking space is included on premises. Additional parking is available in nearby Dillon city lots for larger groups.

The place was clean and met our needs for sleeping. I would have liked to see the check in time start earlier than 4:30 but overall nice place to stay overnight.

Perfect place to stay for a quick getaway from Denver. We visited for a concert at Dillon Amphitheater. It's about a ten minute walk from the downtown section of Dillon and has great views.

Overall we had a great time. The property was clean and had plenty of room for all guests. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The only issues were the dishwasher did not run properly, property was located on third floor (which I had inquired about prior to arrival), and lack of air conditioning. Granted, I didn't even think of it when booking, but Dillon CO was extra hot at this time. A/C would have been nice, because it took awhile for the condo to cool down.
Overall, our stay was a lot of fun and for the price the condo was great. Thank you...

The views were absolutely gorgeous and location was only a two minute drive to Dillon marina where we could launch our Kayaks for free. Children's playground by the marina too. The rental was clean and had enough space for our large family. The kids enjoyed the clubhouse games and hot tub for hours and we had the whole place to ourselves the entire time which was surprising. Definitely will return!
