Layout and Sleeping

The home sleeps up to eight across two king suites on the main level and a vaulted loft with two twin beds and a sofa sleeper.



The king suites sit on opposite sides of the living room and are nearly identical, making the layout especially well-suited for two couples or families traveling together. Each king bedroom includes its own en suite bathroom and gas fireplace.



The loft has two twin beds, a sleeper sofa, and its own full bathroom. It is best suited to older kids, teens, or adults comfortable with an open sleeping space rather than an enclosed bedroom.



There are three full bathrooms total.



Parking includes two reserved heated spaces in the limited-access garage, with elevator access directly to the penthouse floor. Six private ski lockers are located immediately beside the parking spaces.



The Home

The top-floor location gives the home a noticeably quieter feel than many lower-floor residences in Canyons Village. The great room opens to golf course and mountain views through oversized windows, with vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace anchoring the living space.



The kitchen features Viking appliances, quartz countertops, and a breakfast bar that stays connected to the dining and living areas. The balcony includes seating and a natural gas grill overlooking the course.



There are three gas fireplaces total: one in the great room and one in each king suite.



Community amenities at Blackstone include a year-round heated pool, an outdoor hot tub, a clubhouse lounge, outdoor gathering areas, and a fitness center with Peloton equipment. In summer, walking and biking trails connect directly through the village and golf course area.



Location and Access

The penthouse is located within the Blackstone Residences in Canyons Village, directly along the Canyons Golf Course corridor.



The Canyons Village base area is a short walk from the residence, with one street crossing. During winter, guests also have access to the free Canyons Village Connect shuttle, which stops at the building.



Beginning with the 2026–27 ski season, the new enclosed Skyway gondola will replace the former Cabriolet connection and provide direct access between the lower village and the Park City Mountain base area.



The free Canyons Village transit hub connects to Main Street, Deer Valley, Kimball Junction, and other Park City destinations. Main Street is approximately a ten-minute drive, and Salt Lake City International Airport is roughly thirty-five minutes away.

This was the perfect condo for our weekend getaway! The two master suites plus the loft upstairs all having a bathroom attached was a plus. The location was in Canyon's Village which was close to everything we wanted to do. We went for a walk up the hill to the hotels and got coffee. We walked the path by the barn nearby. We visited the Olympic park and outlets and of course downtown Park City. The condo had all the amenities you would need. We loved going in the fall to see the beautiful leaves and the view from this condo did not disappoint. There were just a few things I would point out that we experienced and later read were issues with other guests from this condo. There is no manual to use any of the appliances or how to operate the heating/cooling system. We eventually figured it out but most places we have every stayed had a manual. A response from the owner in the guest book to someone's complaint basically said to use Google. It was rude. There was a coffee maker so high tech we did need to go on YouTube to figure out how to use it. I will say the management company is top notch!! They are so kind and quick to respond. It was a true joy to know you were taken care of and someone was there with any questions at any time. I'm thankful for that.

Our condo was very clean and well-stocked for cooking family meals. All appliances worked great. The Canyons location was convenient for every activity one could want. We especially appreciated being able to watch the Fourth of July drone show/fireworks from our balcony. The iTrip management company was prompt to respond to all our inquiries. Suggestions would be to provide more drinking glasses and to replace the badly warped rug under the bed in the south bedroom.
