About this apartment rental
Get comfortable and enjoy plenty of extra room at this gorgeous new build. Walk to the Cabriolet lift or call the free private shuttle for pick up. Garage parking, ski boot dryers greet you as you enter the masterfully crafted mountain modern home. No expense was spared as this home was built with every comfort you would wish for. Heated bathroom floors.

*Bedroom 1: Master Bedroom with king bed-located on upper level. Full bathroom: walk in shower and free standing bath tub
*Bedroom 2: Queen bed and queen pull out bed-located on upper level. Full bathroom: walk in shower and 2 sink vanity
*Bedroom 3: Queen bed-located on upper level. Full bathroom: walk in shower
*Queen pull out couch: located on main level in the living room
*Parking:
Guests have access to one inside garage parking space and one small driveway parking space-2 cars max will fit at this condo
**Summer guests: This condo does have A/C!!!

Getting to the Park City Mountain Resort:
This condo is located at the Canyons Village side of the Park City Mountain Resort. You can walk to the cabriolet lift in 5 minutes or schedule a pick up on the free Canyons Village Connect shuttle service.
First rule, have a wonderful time in magical Park City!
Please do not bring skis or poles in the house.
Please do not wear ski boots in the house.
Please do not smoke in or around the property. There is absolutely no smoking allowed and your deposit will be forfeited if there is any sign of smoking.
Please remove shoes when entering the home.
There are no pets allowed.
Please be courteous of the neighbors. Quiet time is from 10PM to 7AM.
