    This is a good hotel managed by an excellant team. We received standout service levels from Ernest Knox, Anurag, and rest of their team. The property's location near Poplar station provides easy access to popular destinations.

    The rooms are small, could barely place my suitcase. The functionality of the room was complicated. The shower controls were difficult to understand. The carpets were stained. The hallway smelled of a stench but luckily not in the room. The only good thing was that it was near a tube station and there was a convenience store just three blocks away. But the location itself wasn’t that great I would purely say due to safety reasons. However, close to Canary wharf. My review is only because how expensive the place is vs the amenities given. There was free spa and gym. The staff was good and accommodating. If you’re coming with family it might be fine but as a business traveller I would take another location. If you can’t find anything with a budget, this is okay
