The room was nice and cozy, it had the best bed I have ever slept on in a hotel! The tea and coffee were very much appreciated as well. The staff were lovely, they couldn’t do enough for you, I will definitely stay again if I visit Thetford.

Rooms very clean and comfortable and personell very, very nice. The bar tender and the young blond guy in service have been extremely nice and made us felt at home.

the property whilst old and historic was in desperate need of a coat of paint windows were filthy
the bathroom was dangerous the shower drain cover was broken and a wood screw was used to replace the original one it stuck out and was very sharp as i found out when i stood on it,
the room had no airflow / air conditioning the main road was noisy as was the car / house alarm that went off outside our window every 5 minutes from 5am onwards! not great!
