This is a lovely tiny apartment in Saint-Germain-des-Pres. It is very small (but I wasn't surprised) but thankfully on a ground-floor location.
It is sweetly decorated and the location really is second to none. Boulangeries, restaurants, bars, grocery stores and pharmacies at your doorstop and still remains peaceful at night.
Some things to note:
- The property is at the end of a tiny courtyard that houses the bins so they did empty the bins twice while I was there, making considerable noise at 6AM.
- If you are visiting during warm weather, the fan in the apartment doesn't cool it very well at all.
- There is no little natural light.
- Not listed here, but the host (who did not communicate with me prior to the booking, which I did email them a couple of times to ask questions as they do not communicate via Vrbo) does ask for a EUR 500.00 security deposit, of which only EUR 6.50 is taken. Please note that this is requested of you 24 hours beforehand. I was on a long-haul flight and couldn't use my credit card to pay as I needed an SMS code to authorize my credit card to pay the EUR 6.50. So this is something to note when booking.
