Ddream Hotel

I have stayed at the DDream Hotel before, but on this occasion I was grateful to their team because they helped me when I had got back from hospital still not fully recovered, I was feeling thirsty and could not physically go out to buy a bottle water but thanks to their front desk staff member who helped me by serving me a coco cola since they did not have water available I was grateful at that moment they had that available. Also, they were helpful in ensuring my stay was comfortable. Team members are friendly and professional. Room was comfortable and I had a good sleep. I would strongly recommend the hotel to recruit someone to be available at the cafe section in the hotel because it can be hectic for the receptionist to multi task that. Overall good experience. Keep up the good work, neat and clean considering it is a boutique hotel. Excellent location. I would totally recommend this hotel.

Our stay wasnt good at all for the price we paid. The room was dirty, and the toilet smelled awful because the toilet brush was filthy and covered in feces. My wife had to clean it herself, which was unacceptable. The key card for our room never worked, and every time we needed to enter, we had to ask the receptionist to unlock it. Despite daily promises to fix it, nothing was done. We also requested a room with a balcony, but they gave us one without and never addressed the issue. To top it off, the manager was unhelpful. When we asked for a late checkout and offered to pay extra, she refused unless we paid for a full extra day. The only saving grace was the night shift receptionist, who was kind and helpful, very good guy.
