Excellent service. Free shuttle to and from Tendo station. They also managed to keep and deliver our luggage to station after check out. There is a tax free shop and supermarket within walkable distance. Dinner and breakfast is good and fulfilling. Onsen is relaxing.

Big rooms, amazing staff and beautiful surroundings. The Onsen was the best part. Would stay here again.
