    Room stinks had to put a towel on the couch because its stained and reeks. Dodgy extra fees and had a photo sent of a spot on the couch that was there before I checked in. No smoke alarm. Druggies everywhere.

    You pay $20 extra a day for facilities that if you ask about are told, it’s in the small print, over and over, this includes no laundry, but they will charge $50 for a load, no children’s play area, no communal area, no communal kitchen but you do get a car park whether or not you have a car and a pool, oh and you will get charged a cleaning fee and then get a txt 3 hrs before checkout on your last day reminding you to do the cleaning and reminded that there is a vacuum cleaner if you need to use it. The place is old and dated yet I paid nearly $1000 in total for 6 nights. Hopefully there are more options next time.

    Avoid staying at this apartment. need to pay additional amount (facility fees and cleaning fees) on top what you paid thru agoda. beside the deposit is so expensive (AUD300)
