    Wonderful low key resort. Close to town but has a beautiful beach out front this also included drinks and meal options by hotel My favourite drink was the welcome drink with vodka, sooo good!!. We had the free breakfast and it was had lots of options plus an omelette station. Had a lovely pool on the lower floor and upper floor with a view of the ocean that was rarely used! Already planning my trip back there next year!!!

    Impeccable location, super calm ambience, very friendly staff. High quality sleep and very good accomodation. Breakfast was also very good, You can easily walk to central Holbox for lunch or dinner or if you want you can stay in all inclusive in the hotel. The hotel also tends to eco friendly. High recommended.

    We weren’t made aware that half of the hotel was pretty much shut down. Just seemed shoddy ran down. The upstairs restaurant was closed as was the pool. If you wasn’t all inclusive you could only order pizza after 7pm which is not ideal when it’s raining and no where else to go. We ended up having pizza 3 days in a row (2 in the day 1 at night). Staff seemed stand offish with us. Not all but a few. Receptionist wasn’t very helpful on arrival we had no pesos and the pool towels were 450mxn each! Which is absurd. We ended up having to pay in sterling which is fine but not ideal. Towels in the room were dirty. Floor was filthy in our room and shower ran down old fashioned needs updating. To be honest if we weren’t there for only 4 nights we would have left. My partner offered me to leave but we were travelling about and I just wanted to settle. It’s a shame as both previous hotels in tulum had been exceptional. Worth no more than 2 or 3 star max.
