This is the perfect place to relax by the bay with water view from the living room or balcony.
Vacation or get-away - Come and enjoy paradise.
Water sports - Excellent location for fishing, paddle boarding, kite boarding, and much more.
Come to relax - Take a short walk to the beach for beautiful sunrises or walk down to our relaxing boat dock for amazing sunsets on the bay. Enjoy the local town with entertainment, dining, shopping and live music. It is a small and quite gated condo complex.

SpaceX - a short drive to SpaceX Boca Chica, go see the space craft being developed for space travel and eventually going to MARS!

From the start of booking this property and communicating with Luis, till the end and checking out it was a breeze. The property is extremely clean, calm and lovely. It was every thing my wife and I were looking for. The condo is perfect with wonder views of the bay. Not much else I can say other than Thank you to Luis for making our stay a great one to SPI.

Beautiful view, great fishing dock and the perfect place for family time. Beautiful open space apartment. Walking distance to everything.

Amazing location on the bay with one of the best docks on the island. The pool was always quiet and relaxing, the parking lot was a perfect place for the kids to ride scooters (never any traffic), and the bay views were perfect. Enjoy the sunsets and fireworks at night... we've stayed all over the island and being on the northern end, past the traffic, was really nice. The condo itself is perfect. Nicely decorated and very comfortable. We loved being in the far-end unit as well, it was nice and quiet. The hosts were fantastic, and the same goes for the staff and all the owners and guests we met. This is a LOCALs place... mainly owners and/or long-standing multiple-week or monthly renters... no real need to worry about the party crowd or avoiding high-traffic weeks. For beach access, we typically used #15, only a couple minutes drive with decent parking available typically. Highly recommended property!
