2BR condo located on the 4th floor of Pavilion Bucerias with an unbeatable location in the Golden Zone just 1 block from the beach with beautiful mountain views from your private balcony. Restaurants, live music, cafes & boutiques are all within walking distance. The rooftop has 360 views of Bucerias and Banderas Bay with a large pool, gym, grill, and ample seating area.
The Space:
*Notice: There may be some nearby construction noise between 8:30 AM and 6 PM. We’ve already adjusted the price to reflect this and ensure you’re getting great value for your stay!
Natural light floods the spacious living area with floor-to-ceiling windows that fully open up to an expansive balcony, providing views over the colorful homes of Bucerias and Puerto Vallarta to the South. You’ll feel the romance and charm of Bucerias every day! The windows seal completely, keeping the interior peaceful.
The property boasts great amenities. Enjoy a morning workout at the gym followed by a dip in the rooftop infinity pool. Cook a meal on the BBQ and sip on a glass of wine as you watch the sunset from the terrace, which is just a few steps down the hall and one flight of stairs up from your front door!
It’ll be easy and safe to stay here with the elevator and 24-hour security, and once weekly maid service will be included.

The complex, Pavilion Bucerias, offers excellent amenities such as a large rooftop pool, close access to the beach, a barbecue area, and a gym.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the Golden Zone of Bucerias, you'll be steps from the best dining and entertainment, and most importantly, the beach! There is a small convenience store a couple of blocks away for ice/beer quick things. The taxi stand nearby can safely take you anywhere you need to go.
Getting Around:
Bucerias is a great jumping off point for exploring everything Bahia de Banderas and the Riviera Nayarit have to offer. By Car / Uber your place is only:
-- 20 minutes from the Airport
-- 10 minutes to Nuevo Vallarta
-- 25 minutes to Punta Mita
-- 35 minutes to Downtown Puerto Vallarta
-- 30 minutes to Sayulita

We had a lovely 2 week stay. The apartment is clean, well stocked with towels and kitchen supplies (pots/pans/utensils/dishes) cleaning supplies, paper products and laundry supplies for the in unit laundry were also provided. The beds are comfortable.Communication with the host is outstanding! We ran out of dishwasher pods, a quick text and it was at the front desk the next day. The rooftop terrace was enjoyed every day between pool time and playing cards. All in all, if staying in Bucerias and did not want an all inclusive resort I would highly recommend this apartment. The location was excellent with a well stocked grocery store within walking distance (Chedraui). The beach a quick walk as well. Also a taxi stand near by for further exploring.

The condominium was very clean and well equipped. The management company was very professional and extremely helpful and responsive. The staff at the complex was very friendly and helpful as well. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Beautiful location and gorgeous rooftop!! Check in was easy. Reception was always helpful and smiling. Beach Please property management was so responsive and helpful the entire time. Easy 5 stars. Love this place!!
