The moose lodge was a wonderful mid week stay for us! Enjoyed the hot tubs outside and dining was great!

We're always a big fan of the Moose, easily the nicest hotel on Banff and the rooftop hot tub might be the best in Banff.

Staff were all very friendly, although we weren’t offered help with our luggage. The hotel feels a bit tired, the restaurant and bar is a concession with very average food. The hotel itself doesn’t have an alcohol licence, so you can’t have a drink in their lobby lounge near the big fire. Very expensive for the quality of the hotel, but I think that’s the same with most the hotels in Banff
