    Though Agoda messed up the booking and showed my booking as cancelled on their end although I have made full payment on it, the staff at COVE still proceed with our room stay and managed to help us settle the issue. Room had everything we needed, even a heater in the toilet to dry our laundry. Location was around the cbd area but accessible to popular places.

    My apartment was on the ground floor. So no views but that was fine. It was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Everything worked as it should. No problem with noise from other rooms but there was a rumble of subway trains. Noticeable but nothing that kept me awake at night. Overall, a convenient location to stay, away from the main tourist areas but 30 seconds walk from Monument underground station and great if you enjoy walking. A few minutes to the river or St Paul's. 15 mins to The Tower of London etc.

    overall great experience, well located, perfect fora jog around the thames. No real View as facing inside building or bond street. only disapointment where that the bed are cheap and it's ok for 2 night anything above that I would have expected better bed at minimum. if you have a sensitive back, I suggest other place. Other than that everything was very good.

    WORST ACCOMMODATION EXPERIENCE IN LONDON!!! The air conditioning in our apartment was broken during the extreme heatwave in London. The issue was reported but we were not able to move to another room because rooms were fully booked. They could only provide 1 fan for 3 guests. We barely slept. The receptionists were nice but they said they couldn't offer any compensation for our inconvenience. I wanted to talk to managers but got NO response at all. They just ghosted me. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
