The location is definitely one of the strongest points. The hostel is located right in the middle of Holland Park, which creates a unique atmosphere and makes it feel much more peaceful than many other hostels in London. Bus stops and the nearest Underground station are only about 5–10 minutes away on foot. The staff were always friendly, patient, and willing to help with any issues, which I really appreciated. The rooms are cleaned regularly, but cleanliness behind and under the beds could be improved. Also, the hostel advertises bed curtains, but they were not available in my room, so keep that in mind if privacy is important to you. The biggest downside is the lack of basic kitchen facilities. There is no kitchen for guests, no refrigerator, and not even a microwave. This can be very inconvenient, especially for longer stays or travelers trying to save money on food. During my stay, there was also an issue with a faulty fire alarm sensor, which caused disturbances throughout the entire night and made it difficult to sleep. Overall, the hostel has some good points, especially its location and staff, but I have stayed in better hostels in the past. Before booking, consider whether the facilities and limitations match your expectations and travel style.

    A beautiful place to be, in the middle of Holland park. The hostel has a courtyard with fountains. The staff are helpful and welcoming. The communal area is good as there is a lot of space to sit. The beds are fine. The hostel has a good atmosphere.
