It’s a beautiful pool. Hot tub was closed for part of the time. The room was nice but I requested a view and the view was an alley. The big problem
Was the cost. I ate there in the rooftop once. But even coffee was expensive. It shouldn’t be so expensive. The elevators do not work well and you must keep pushing the buttons to work

It took forever for the check in and check out time ! The staff are more on the profit than the welfare of the guests . Over rated hotel .

First room was challenging, so I requested to switch. The hotel staff was great and made it happen.
