    An exceptional stay from start to finish. The hotel is in a prime location, and the rooms are remarkably spacious, fully equipped with every amenity you could need. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the outstanding team—with a extra-special mention to Abir, whose exceptional hospitality made our visit truly unforgettable.

    My sister-in-law and I stayed here and we loved it. The staff was so kind (unlike some of the other tourists!), the hotel was clean and tidy. Even when the kitchen door separated off the hinges and we called to let them know, their first concern was our safety. They made sure we were okay. They held our luggage before check-in and after check-out. The area outside of the hotel was calm, not crowded and clean. It was right around the corner from Cardinal Place. I highly recommend.

    Nice decor and pretty hotel with clean and tidy room near Buckingham Palace and Victoria station. Helpful and friendly staff, very good wifi and AC. Comfortable beds, spacious bathroom with very good shower. Reasonably priced.

    Excellent location, helpful staff, rooms can be bit tight but provides every amenity, including microwave, electric kettle, utensils, washing area etc. Bathrooms are excellent.
