Great property short walk to underground. Extremely accommodating staff. Only negative is location in a rough, down on its luck, neighborhood facing a 4 lane high speed road. In that sense photos are a bit misleading .

The hotel has been newly redecorated, but it seems they prioritized looks over basic function. The lighting in the bathroom is terrible—it is so dark I couldn't see properly to shave, and my wife couldn't find anywhere with enough light to do her makeup.
The breakfast was also a major disappointment. It was terrible and felt incredibly stingy, with every piece of food literally counted out on the counter.
The only positive part of our stay was the staff. They were very polite and tried their best, but good service doesn't make up for dysfunctional rooms and a poor breakfast setup. Overall, it wasn't that special.

We love it. 6 min walk to Hendon tube on Northern line. 30 min ride to Leicester Square. Well maintained room with Loccitance tolietries comfortable beds. Clean. Very decent continental breakfast. Complimentary parking
