Overall was very good.
The location is perfect and convenient for a walk to Nesebar and central Sunny Beach.
I'm vegetarian and managed to make a meal each time and I was happy with the options, but those that are vegans might struggle.
The housekeeping staff was very friendly.
The only downside was one of the receptionists whose name I couldn't catch, he made me feel uncomfortable/unwelcome. I work in the same industry, in fact in multiple hotels. You should never call the housekeeper in front of the guests to ask them if something is missing from the room, especially if you as a guests haven't caused any issues during your stay. I'm the most introverted and quiet person who goes on holidays just for some peaceful time, not a troublemaker. Before i left in fact i even cleaned what i could in my room, stripped the bed and left a tip for the housekeeper. I had to wait for a transport and while waiting i noticed he did this only to me, he waited the other guests to walk out before making the call. There was another interaction with him a few days before check-out where he assumed I'm not a guest in there, confusions are normal, but his approach was rude...You simply can't provide this kind of front of house service...

This place was quite a value with all inclusive deal. Near nessabar and across from beach good pool and nice room. We enjoyed it
