Florida Winter Paradise relaxing home with a heated pool in Cape Coral

Overall this property suited us just fine. The pool was very nice, very warm, nicely lit at night. Comfortable patio furniture. The house was clean and well suited for two small families. Neighborhood was quiet. The house came with all the beach accessories we needed which was so convenient. We had only a few issues. 1. the water pressure in the shared bathroom was very low which made showering less than ideal; however, the master bathroom had much better water pressure so we utilized it was much as possible. 2. The refrigerator/freezer was not working well which ultimately caused some of our food to go bad which obviously cost us money and was inconvenient. I will say that the property manager was quick to respond to the problem and stated that he was ordering a new fridge the next day. (We left that day so I cannot confirm that it was delivered, but he stated that a new one was ordered). 3. We ended up having to buy garbage bags, toilet paper and paper towels as they did not provide enough of these things. I may be wrong, but if I owned a rental property I would make sure these things were provided. They did have a full kitchen full of plates, cups, bowls, pots and pans. Overall the property manager was very quick to respond to emails. It was easy check in and check out. They accommodated our early check in. A solid 4 stars on this property.

Exactly as advertised. The property is well kept and very comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood and the owner is very accessible. Would definitely recommend.
