We loved the comfort of the unit, the price was reasonable and comparable to other rentals in the area. Unit was well furnished for cooking and eating. Patio area at the end of the complex was nice for views of the ocean. Easy walk to ocean.
Challenges included the 10 plus stairs to get to the first floor, at our age and health the help we had from relatives who came with was essential. We had lots to carry-clothing, food, luggage and medical items. An elevator would have solved that but not sure where one could work in this older, but nicely maintained property.

Room was very clean. Staff was very nice. Very good beach view. Kitchen well stocked.
Didn’t like that there were many smokers.

Checkin after hours wasn't great. It isn't clear that the location of the villas is a mile away from the office. It's not great to have to return to the office in the morning and to check out in person. Everything could be done more efficiently and without contact. The location was great.

The family enjoyed our stay. Beautiful beach, nice room and kitchen. We had everything needed to cook and eat in the apartment. Beds were comfortable.
