Some of the fleece blankets have stain… The rest of the things in the room is clean. It is not a soundproofed hotel so you will hear people above your room and next door. - you will hear them talking / watching tv at 1-2am in the morning. The location of the hotel is quite convenient. The staffs there are really nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet is okay. It is worth your payment- just make sure you go downstairs early as some of the food/ drink is not gonna be refilled.

Hotel Staff were always friendly and very helpful. The taxi request process worked well. The telephone system did not work and a wake-up call was requested but unavailable.

The service given by the young man in the reception was truly excellent. He made sure to send us of with breakfast before our very early morning flight and it is rare you see that kind of dedication and service!

It's a hotel. It's clean. Hot water and heating. Nothing fancy but for the price it's acceptable. Nothing bad to say. It's a 3 star hotel with a 2 star decor. Breakfast was fresh and simple.

Just in need of a complete restoration shame because location is good the rooms are spacious just need modernising. The parking underground well that’s a challenge in itself if it’s busy you have to do a 30 point turn to get back out upstairs ground floor level is not much better.

Comfy stay, pleasant staff. Good breakfast buffet. Private parking a bonus. The town was nice but sadly the area has a high influx of immigrants that congregate on all streets, making it feel unsafe especially after dark. Lots of tatty junk shops everywhere. Over-ran with kebab takewaways. Hotel receptionist recommended a traditional restaurant which was lovely.

Check in was easy but disappointing. The gentleman at the desk was extremely short with us when we asked questions about local restaurants available. As this is Easter Sunday we were sure what to expect. The room had a terrible sewer odor, but opened windows to air out the room. The bathroom was Newley remolded and clean, just sewer odor. The beds are firm, the pillows are flat rocks, and the blankets need replacement. The TV is only in local Italian, and is very small 24 inch screen. The breakfast was nice simple variety of European type. They have two automatic machines 1 for coffee and 1 for juice. Both serve up a fake rendition of your request. If you like instant coffee you'll be fine. if you like tang orange drink it may be similar. The lady server was most excellent and offered to makes us real Italian coffees. The lady at the front desk in the morning was SO MUCH friendlier than the previous gentleman who checked us in. She provided so much info for sites and restaurants...we were so grateful. Check out was a breeze, we stopped at the desk, a different gentleman was there and told us thank you for our stay, and provided us our passports back (yes they take your passports upon checkin) and off to the airport we went.

I liked the breakfast, even though the personnel at restaurant is not the most friendly, they do their job. Hotel facilities are aged, but kept clean and working properly. Just in the center of Monfalcone, walk distance.
